I have always been fascinated by the colours in this yarn. These are 2 of my favourite colours, 92 and 97. The fact that it looks like 4 different colours is the main attraction for me. The downside? Itchy wool, if this was as soft as some other wools I would knit with it all the time. :)
I love shade 92 as well (is that the one only available to the US?). I love the colours of Kureyon, but hate knitting with it. Its soooo coarse, and the quality doesn't seem that great to me (loads of grass in it too). Great for felting though :)
ReplyDeleteI agree if Kureyon was soft I'd have a whole sweater wardrobe made from it. I love all the colors.
ReplyDeleteI love it for felting but could never wear it. The colours are all great!
ReplyDeleteI have exactly the same feeling as you about Kureyon. I love to look at it, but it's sooo itchy and scratchy. I am about to make the booga bag with it, though, as it is so good for felting. Does it fely itchy as well?
ReplyDeleteVery pretty colours
ReplyDeleteLuv,
Abbey
I'd rather look at it than knit it too, I had nasty bits of twig & stuff in mine!
ReplyDeleteLove the colors! I too wished it was softer!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous colours!
ReplyDeleteI agree - beautiful colours - but why does it have to be so scratchy!
ReplyDeleteI love the colours of Kureyon and other Noro yarns, however, the itchy factor is the downside...felting is a definite yes...
ReplyDeleteThe colours are lovely. As you know I had trouble felting Kureyon.
