Looking good! Great colour! What colour beads are you using?
I found adding the beads one at a time with a crochet hook very time consuming. In subsequent beaded knit projects, I threaded the beads onto the ball of wool and slid them up to the knitting as needed.
I am using red glass pony beads as I like the weight they add to the bag. I find that stringing the beads is also time consuming. I use dental tape and thread it through the loop of the stitch and onto the bead leaving the bead on the loop painlessly. :)
Catching up on your posts...love the STR - I have the same colorways too! Great job on the monkeys and this is a very pretty bag! Can't wait to see it finished!
