I love it! And apparently I am still to get my sock blockers, so the experience of receiving is extended still. :) The sock is a lovely toe up pattern by the talented Erqsome. I have wound one ball already in anticipation :) But I have a couple of PIF gifts to finish first and then I will start! :)
The yarn is Shelridge Farm Ultra Handpainted Sock in Arcade Fire. :)
It is lovely and soft too :)
Lovely parcel, I am very impressed with the yarn and mine is also wound ready to go but I feel initially the pattern will need concentration. Looking forward to it though.

ReplyDeleteI am a great fan of all things Socktopus, I have yet to meet a yarn of Alice's that I didn't like and her attention to detail is meticulous.
If i joined the Socktopus club I would be doomed for ever!
I just keep looking at mine and giving it a squish as I go past...too many items on the needles, but soon I will cast on!
