First of another pair of socks.
Embossed Leaves from
Favorite Socks. The yarn is a custom dyed
Skein Queen Plushness:
Gilraen's Choice. I modified the pattern (a 16 stitch pattern) by ommitting one of the 3 purl edge stitches as Plushness is slightly thicker than fingering weight (2.75mm needles). It worked really well :) And just under half the yarn was used for sock one. UK size 6 :)

I love the pooling. It has created a band of the darker red down the front and the edges have yellow and green on each edge and the soles :) Works well with the pattern, do you think? :)

ReplyDeleteI love the pooling, too. I normally don't like it when yarns pool but the colors in this dyelot work so well together and it looks fabulous!
