This week's Yarn Pron is my last installment of the RockinSockClub yarn. STR-Mediumweight: Bella Coola. The pattern is a Cat Bordi. Although I still love this yarn I am not rejoining the club this year. I haven't yet knit one pair of the club socks to my shame.
I love this color too. And like you, I didn't renew my club membership for 2008. I"m buying spinning fiber instead.
ReplyDeleteI love this colorway the most out of 2 yrs worth of sock clubs. One reason I'm not joining again either. Don't feel bad, I've not knit any of them. Don't like most of the patterns..right now anyways, one day ;)

ReplyDeleteI love the colour of the yarn in some ways the yarn is nicer to look at as art rather than knitting into socks..... what about a nice glass bowl with 3/4 hanks in.....

ReplyDeleteI've heard a lot of people saying they're not rejoining, so you're not alone. Not for a lack of quality in the yarn or patterns, just that they're not knitting up what's coming to them.
