Well I finally got my head around this and have posted a list of all the blogs that I read at least once a week. They are in alphabetical order rather than in the order of frequency they are read. I hope anyone reading the list finds a new site they enjoy as much as I do :)

New Stash.........

I succumbed to Posh Yarns new Cashmere/silk yarn Eva. It is so soft with a lovely sheen. I can't wait to knit with it but have to wait until my Christmas knits are done.

I'll post a picture when I've finished knitting with it. :)

Silkwood Contessa Scarf

I knitted this scarf in Silkwood Contessa, a silky soft thick thin wool like Colinette's Point 5. I use Colinette's Poppy pattern from Artyfacts. Another Christmas present.

Socks that rock yarn # Rocktober

I finally succumbed to sending for some of this most coveted yarn. I wanted to see if it was worth all the adulation I read in other blogs. It is very soft for 100%wool and the colours are fabulous. I'm such a sucker for colour. Now to settle down after my christmas knits and actually try socks. I'm a sock virgin unfortunately but I know a group of excellant knitters who will egg me on and provide and needed help, thank the lord :)

more scarves

This scarf is knitted in plain black Debbie Bliss Superchunky. It's like butter soft. I will hate giving these up but they are presents :)

This scarf is also knitted in DB cashmerino but superchunky this time. The pattern is from Out of Town and I chose different colours than in the book.

Scarves knitted for Christmas

One of several scarves knitted as Christmas presents. This one is knitted in 3 shades of Debbie Bliss Cashmerino Aran. It is very long and soft.

Desert Flower Clapotis

I finally finished this. It took almost 4 skeins of Lion and Lamb. It is so so soft.

I knitted this in DB baby cashmerino, it is lovely and soft and long. I added a Debbie Bliss Hand Knit label as it's a present for my MiL' s birthday.

It had one 90 degree wash in a front loader and is now drying with plastic bags to help the shape while drying.

New Stash

I was in Hilsborough yesterday in The Calico Basket and couldn't resist the new DB Soho. I also got Artyfacts and the extra Pure silk I needed to finish my tie-fronted jacket. The needles are 5.5mm Daisy needles. I love Daisy needles, light and bendy.
