Where is all the light these days??

These days getting a good well lit picture is so dependant on me being at home in the morning, after lunch it is really dark here! Is is just rainy/cloudy N Ireland or is anyone else feeling SAD?

One on my latest projects is The Basic Black Cardigan by Glenna C. I'm knitting mine in Rowan Wool Cotton in discontinued Moonstone. I was helped out by a fellow Blogless Raveller Marly in getting enough to be able to complete this eventually. Thank you!

Looking good - love the slate colour.

Agree totally about the lack of sunshine and light, all this clouds and dankness is making me blue.

I love that cardigan - so wearable.

Know what you mean about the lack of light - I have to rush home after picking kids up from school and have about 15 minute slot to take my photos before it goes dark. Roll on springtime!

How lovely! I know what you mean - it seems impossible to have enough light to photograph your FOs by!

It seems to be pitch black by 5pm here, and I'm freezing my butt off on a far too regular basis. I think photographing my FO's is gonna have to wait til spring lol

That looks lovely, I like the colour very much. It's a bit SAD here in north wales too, not much light.

Hi Guys! Even here in the so called sunny South West it's pretty dreary and I'm dependent on the sunshine totally for a decent piccy with my camera, she takes a brill photo but only in the sun otherwise they come out c** (sorry cant think of a better word there), my house is in a dip at the bottom of the slope so it can get pretty dark indoors too unless there's a bright sunny day outside so I have plenty of daylight bulbs around the house to ensure I can see to do my knitting, I think they are meant to help with SAD too which my friend suffers from religiously every year.
The Basic Black is a great Cardi and yours is coming on nicely, can't wait to see the finished result.

I love the deep rib on that.

Yes, it is dark most of the time here as well...and raining. Roll on summer, I say!
