OTN ...................

I started Pomatomus by Cookie A in Posh Yarns Lucia, colourway Gladrags yesterday. I had started them in Fleece Artist Merino but thought it was a bit 'rough' so when my 2 year old pulled the dpns out I restarted in Lucia, so much softer.

No I started my first ever pair of socks in Jan 07. I'm not an expert by any stretch of the imagination. I just find Cookie's Patterns to be wonderfuly explained, they make so much sense to me. I sailed through Monkey as my second pair of socks for myself. :)

If the yarn is inclined to be even slightly rough the twisted rib makes it even rougher though, which is why Lucia is perfect. :)

that sock is looking lovely, in most pairs I have seen the pattern does not show up, but that yarn is showing it up perfectly
I look forward to seeing the full pair.

I am so glad that you liked your club yarn, it was a real joy to dye
