First Monkey Sock done.............

This is my first Monkey sock. It is knitted in Piece of Beauty Yarn, colour Red Bark. This yarn is beautiful to knit with. Soft, and firm, albeit a little splitty at the beginning of the ball, but only the beginning. This is so much fun :D

Looks fabulous, I think this is one of the best patterns it seems to lend itself to all types of wools.

I agree about the pattern, it's deceptively simple considering how complicated it looks. :)

Lovely sock indeed! What a fab collection of yarn you have acquired recently too :-)

Very nice sock, I have just bought some POB yarn in Robe and Bowl so it is nice to hear how it knits up!

The sock looks fab! I really like the yarn! We don´t have that much yarn to choose from here in Sweden :( I hope It´ll change and some more manufactures will make some more sockyarn here too....
I´m going away for vacation tomorrow! It´ll be lovely even though it´s not that far (to the high-lands here in Sweden...)

I love the yarns and the sock. The pattern looks really complicated though. Beautiful colours.

Can I just say, for the record, how totally envious I am of your recent stash acquisitions? Bwahahaha.

Also, that's a gorgeous Monkey sock.

Beautiful sock! Can't wait to see the finished pair. I think I should invest in some sock blockers, they do make things look just lovely. Where did you get yours?

Thanks for all the lovely comments :)

The socks blockers came from www.getknitted.com :)
