I wanted 2 items on the Posh Yarns Sale page and I missed out on both by trying to get both. I was so diappointed that I bought nothing at all, instead of the 2 sock skeins and the 2 lace skeins I really wanted.
I suppose I will get over it but I feel it keenly. I'll pop into Piece of Beauty instead and buy some consolation there instead when I feel up to it.

Ah Dee, thanks a lot, I'm just a big wuss, and greedy I suppose. I wanted Lucia sock yarn in Admire and there was only 1 and then I wanted the 2 skeins of Eva 2ply in Rockpool and by the time I added Admire and then went to get Rockpool the Admire had gone to faster fingers than mine. It was all over by 18.02pm. Don't fret I'll come back next week and look at some more. :)
I think I bought yarn to do one of your scarves, its all so frantic. Good job no one checks our blood pressure while we are trying to bag the yarn we want.I left the one I thought least likely to go til last and missed out. Good luck next time.
At least you remembered the sale was on gilraen! I forgot all about it til this morning..must be my age ;)
Sussex Yorkie I know what you mean, 2 minutes later and it's all over. It's like the January Sales every week. In future I'm restricted to the one thing I really want and then see if I can get someting later on if I can.
Magenta you only missed the rush there is still plenty of other lovely yarns. :)
